PROTECTING YOUR INVESTMENT

Every Alloy Home is backed by our comprehensive warranty, which may be supplemented with our Alloy CARE program for ongoing peace of mind. We’re also proud members of the National Home Warranty Program for your added protection.

Our core warranty includes the following coverage:

  • 1 year on all workmanship and material
  • 2 years on delivery and distribution systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
  • 5 years on building envelope
  • 10 years on structural elements

This coverage is comprehensive for new construction, and in the case of renovation or addition, applies to the portions of the home we’ve worked on.

The Alloy CARE program is about long-term support, offering guidance, maintenance advice, and access to trusted trades for repairs that come up in the future. We can also assist with new projects or upgrades through our concierge services, helping you get the most out of your home.

Absolutely! Whether you’re planning a major renovation or a small custom project, the CARE program gives you access to the same design and construction experts who built your home.

The short answer is sometimes. While our concierge support is included as part of our commitment to long-term client care, some services may come with a fee. That said, we’ll always discuss any costs with you up front.
